I got the idea to put white beans in my tuna salad when I saw this recipe. Try it, it's so good! I love easy, no-cook meals when it's hot out.

- (2) 5 oz cans tuna in olive oil, drained (but not squeezed to death)
- 1 C cooked or canned navy beans, rinsed and drained well
- 1/4 C red onion, finely diced
- 2 T fresh dill, chopped (or fresh parsley, minced)
- 1 T dijon
- 2-3 T fresh lemon juice
- pepper
- field greens (to serve)
*If you're using tuna packed in water, I would suggest drizzling a little olive oil over the salad.
Gently mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and serve on a bed of greens. So simple. Serves 2-4
