This is a fresh, simple raw juice recipe. Kale is one of those "wonder plants" and how great is it to start your day with a green juice? Really great. Kale is an anti-inflammatory, it promotes a healthy immune system and strong bones! So basically, it wouldn't kill you to have this juice like EVERYDAY!
- 2 Braeburn or Jonagold Apples or ripe Bartlett pears
- 1 small bunch Kale (4-5 leaves) I love Lacinato Kale
- 1/2 Lemon, squeezed
Makes about 10-12 oz. Juice for 1 person.
