Carrot, apple juice get's frothy & spicy with the addition of sweet potato and ginger. The spinach adds some daily greens and has a very mild flavor. Ginger has antiviral, antihistamine and anti-inflammatory properties and is excellent for you when you're sick or have allergies. It's been proven to calm upset tummies.
- 6 Carrots
- 2 Braeburn Apples
- 1 Small Sweet Potato
- Spinach, 2 Handfuls
- Fresh Ginger Root, 1/2 inch piece (adjust to taste)
