You are going to think that I'm sooo weird (and you're right) but this yogurt thing with Granny Smith apples is goood and good for you.
Actually, I don't really know if I like the combination because my mom use to put shredded green apple in my yogurt as a kid, or if it is really that great. Sooo, YOU'RE going to HAVE to trying it and tell me what you think. If you hate it, I promise to remove it from my blog ;)
I like the tart taste and creamy texture of greek yogurt, it's balanced with golden honey and crispy apples and almonds.
This easy breakfast is rich in health bennies: vitamin E, living cultures and it's low in sugar. Yogurt and apples are known to help with digestion.
The best part is that it only requires assembly. No, ho, ho suffering over a hot stove in the morning for me!
