So, I've proposed to you my healthy eating plan "Vegan by Day, Animal by Night." It doesn't mean I never have an egg for breakfast or that I never eat a yogurt or cheese before dinner etc.
It's a simple guideline that helps me determine if I'm getting the proper ratio of foods. If I eat a big breakfast, maybe that evening I chomp some greens instead of a piece of cow.
I want 2/3 of what I'm eating to be veggie and this is the easiest way (for me) to attain it.
